In 2005, Chris acquired the former Samsung Electronics site, located at Wynyard on the outskirts of Stockton on Tees, which comprised 325,000 sq. ft of vacant office and warehouse space.

Chris and Trevor oversaw the major redevelopment of Discovery Park in Kent, in a joint venture with Palmer Capital plc. The site was acquired with vacant possession in 2012 from Pfizer, who opted to reduce production and sell the facility. While retaining a presence of site staff numbers were scaled back from 8,000 to 600.
Stone Hill Park was formed as a joint venture between Chris Musgrave, Trevor Cartner and Stagecoach co-founder Dame Ann Gloag OBE to advance proposals for a comprehensive redevelopment of the former Manston Airport site in Thanet.

Used extensively by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) during the Second World War to salvage and recycle crashed aircraft, this 114 acre site was sold by the MOD in the 1990s and has since been used as a logistics centre and bonded warehousing with approximately 500,000 sq. ft on industrial and office facilities.
Chris completed a deal in 2009 to take vacant possession of this industrial manufacturing site and associated buildings for £6million from the owner occupier. The site covered approximately 40 acres of land, comprising more than 250,000 sq. ft of industrial warehousing last used for plastics production and printing by Visqueen.
