He has founded a number of successful FM companies with multi-million-pound turnovers, delivering a high-quality service to large scale business parks, including expert support on sales and lettings of office and commercial space.
That expertise through the successful development of places such as Wynyard Park and Discovery Park has helped Chris and his team to build a successful reputation for delivery, with a natural flair for securing deals, building tenant communities and the knowledge to provide trusted advice.
Chris’ company Stone Hill Park also manages the facilities management contract with the Department for Transport to oversee use of the Manston Airport site in Kent as a holding area for lorries as part of the government’s contingency planning for cross-channel disruption.
